·               Tracked pay points, resource loading, and milestones for 6 clients.  Managed the process from site municipal hearings/acquisition/design to building permits for utility pole right-of-way and oDAS, insuring on time delivery.

·               Initiated design reviews, created, redlined construction drawings. Ordered make ready engineering packages, structural analysis, FCC/FAA, soil and title reports, TOPO/ 1A surveys, assessor’s maps, electrical design, load studies, peak demand and fault current reports.  Coordinated aerial/underground utilities, and fiber OSP, vault excavations, stealthing, CUP/LUP/AGF/BP permit/leasing, NEPA, SHIPO and zoning approvals, traffic plans, encroachments. Responsible for issuing BOMs, compliance, photo simulation, notice to proceed.
